A note from our founder
Learning to listen to my body.
How could I make what I was learning part of daily life?
-
01A difficult season
A difficult period with my health changed how I thought about everyday care. There were days when pain kept me in bed and I couldn't even drink water.
-
02Many conversations
I sought answers from medical researchers, practitioners of Eastern medicine, nutritionists, and integrative physicians. Across those conversations, I kept returning to everyday life: how we eat, how we rest, and how we care for our bodies.

03Finding my way back
As I gradually recovered, I began to find my way back to myself. Being over forty had changed how I thought about caring for my body.

04The beginning of Zenthya
That became the starting point for Zenthya. I wanted daily care to feel nourishing, enjoyable, and easy to return to, through delicious food, thoughtful formulations, and small rituals.
